I was born in 1964. I am an author an economist and a psychologist. I work as a Senior Coach and an Educational Coach. I am the founder and the director of Coaching Spirale GmbH in Berlin. My work incorporates knowldege and experience from different cultures, religions and concepts. This supports me to be aware of complex coherence. I feel strongly about the earth. In many areas of life I long for a culture that is more human, more charitable not only towards humans but towards all life. A lot of things we do seem to be normal to us, but they are not natural at all but rather hostile to life and destructive. I am committed to more balance among the female and the male principle, in every human beeing, as well as in our economic, political and social structures and in the world as a whole. It is all interconnected. Living Gaia is my life-task.
I'm Alexandra's daughter, I was born in 1990 in the U.S. and grew up in Berlin. After finishing school I travelled for 6 months in Brazil and learned Portuguese. In 2009, I lived 5 months in Tamera and participated in the Ecovillage-Design-Education. This is also where the vision for Living Gaia was born. I want to create spaces where people support each other in trust and transparency to reconnect with the origin (Gaia) and feel themselves part of her again. Amongst other reasons, I choose community as a way of life, to enable an experience of connectedness between people, which carries through fear and mistrust. For me Living Gaia is a place where people research what it means to live in balance and harmony with yourself and the environment around.
I was born in 1966 in Sao Paulo. I am a carpenter, a musician and studied Sports. In 1993, with 27 years I came to Berlin. Since then I set up the brasilian Band Furiosa. We perfom all over Germany and abroad for different occasions. I work for Embratur, give Percussion Work-shops in Schools and work for different projects dealing with integration. I am the Guardian of Living Gaia.
I was born in Berlin in 1987. In 2015 I met Alexandra and her family, since then a multi-layered friendship has developed. When I decided in 2017 to close a chapter in Hamburg as a speech & language therapist, I travelled to Brazil for the first time and took part in the Encontro at Living Gaia. Afterwards I visited the Amazon of Acre and dived deeper into the indigenous culture of the Huni Kuin. Both places with their different, beautiful nature and people gave me many (self-)insights and inspirations. I want to support the Huni Kuin women, promote intercultural exchange and protect our planet! My work for Living Gaia e.V. fulfils this dream on many levels.
My name is Jonatan - as a German who grew up in Switzerland and moved around a lot at a young age, home has always been a somewhat different place for me - and enormously important in my life. My passion for South America was kindled during my voluntary service in Ecuador in 2015 - and since then, the South American-European connection has become an important part of my life. I want to help people from different regions to find places that are, were or will be home for them. At the same time this work gives me a lot - I can learn an incredible amount about new ways of life and views on life every day. It is not only the projects that touch my heart. The work focuses on what is important to me: The exchange of culture, life and spirituality. Thanks to my time in OnPurpose's Leadership Programme, I now have the chance to realise this passion with Living Gaia - and I am really looking forward to it.
Alexandra and Dada commute between Berlin and Living Gaia. Magdalena lived in Alto Paraíso from 2012 - 2020. She has moved back to Berlin for some time recently. Marie works for Living Gaia e.V. in Berlin.
